Mafia wars Illegal Transaction Records – Mafia Wars New York Job Tiers Consigliere, Underboss, and Boss require illegal transaction records in order to master them. They cannot be bought through the Mafia Wars Shop, but can be obtained by performing the Steal Bank Records Job under the Capo Job Tier.

Fix the Big Game – consumes one of the loot everytime you perform this job (52 are needed for full mastery)

Underboss

Extort a Corrupt Judge – consumes one of the loot everytime you perform this job (184 are needed for full mastery)

Embezzle Funds Through a Phony Company – consumes one of the loot everytime you perform this job (79 are needed for full mastery)

Boss

Shake Down a City Council Member – consumes one of the loot everytime you perform this job (109 are needed for full mastery)

Other Means of Getting Illegal Transaction Records in Mafia Wars

Fights. Winning fights gives you a chance to obtain this item as a random drop, so you would need some boosts on stamina as well as on attack skills. Try to attack those who are more likely to possess lots of the loot, like those who have mastered the Capo tier, or those who are yet to get the mastery on Consigliere, Underboss, and Boss Job Tiers – the experts and the skilled players. On the other hand, try to use the illegal transaction records as soon as you get hold of them, as others may be able to steal them from you.

Share your Wishlist. You would lose nothing when asking for some aid, so better take the chances! Sharing your wishlist from time to time will make your mafia become aware of your immediate need for this loot.
